The bracelet was a gift for my daughter, and she absolutely loved it! It arrived on time and was presented in a cute bag. I had to contact the seller over a minor issue with delivery (the bracelet was marked as delivered by Royal Mail when it hadn't been, but it did end up being delivered ok) and she was absolutely lovely, friendly, and very helpful.
