I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter for Christmas it was despatched on the 15th December estimated delivery was 20th December. My item has not arrived and I cannot contact the seller as they are closed. It was despatched from Leeds using Royal Mail it should have arrived in plenty of time. Very very disappointing for my grandddaughter
