Items are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail Standard Shipping.
Please note: Tracking numbers are only available if you’ve requested and paid for Express Tracked Shipping.
Average delivery times:
USA & EU: 12-25 working days
UK: 3-7 working days
Canada & Other: 15-40 working days
Important: Postal services may experience delays, especially during this busy season.
If your item is taking much longer than expected or if it arrives faulty, I sincerely apologise. I will be happy to resend it free of charge once the shop reopens.
