My shop is currently closed and will reopen on 18th April, but I didn’t want to leave you without some helpful information in the meantime.

🌍 For International Buyers (Non-UK)
I’m an independent seller based in the UK, and all items are dispatched from here. International deliveries typically take 10–25 working days. However, at the moment there may be additional delays due to ongoing global flight disruptions, which are unfortunately outside of my control.
I completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait, and I’m truly sorry if your order is taking longer than expected.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard International Shipping, which does not include tracking unless Express Tracked Shipping was selected at checkout.
As a small independent business, I rely on postal services, and while I always hope for smooth deliveries, international shipping has been especially challenging recently. I truly wish I could do more, and I never want any customer to feel let down.
🇬🇧 For UK Buyers
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Delivery, which usually takes 3–7 working days. Occasionally, tracking or label updates may take a little longer to appear — thank you so much for your understanding.
📦 Estimated Delivery Times
UK: 3–5 working days
USA & EU: 10–20 working days
Canada & Other Countries: 15–40 working days
Please note that delays can occur, especially during busy periods or due to circumstances affecting international transport.
If your order is taking significantly longer than expected, or if it arrives faulty, I’m genuinely so sorry for the inconvenience. I will be more than happy to resend your item free of charge once the shop reopens.
